Is there a lock in contract or minimum order?

No, not at all! Change or cancel at any time.

How much coffee do I need?

We suggest ordering to allow enough coffee for your household for 1 month. This is a more sustainable option as you use up less packaging, shipping miles, processing times etc. It’s also a great way to experience the full depth of flavour from your beans as we suggest using them up within a month or so from the roast date.

Plan ahead for the month with the following guide:

250g = approx 12 cups

500g = approx 25 cups

1kg = approx 50 cups

How do I Subscribe?

Step 1: Browse our range of specialty coffee online

Step 2: Select your preferred product, we have a whole range of espresso blends, single origins and filter coffee

Step 3: Choose your bag size (250g, 500g, 1kg) and whether you need your coffee ground

Step 4: Select the ‘subscribe 15%’ option

Step 5: Choose your frequency (2-7 weeks)

Step 6: Add to cart & check out as normal

Step 7: Login to the subscription portal to change or cancel at anytime

When will I receive my first order?

Your first order will be processed and shipped as soon as you purchase your first subscription. Your subscription will then process at your chosen frequency for each recurring order. Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.

How do I make changes to my subscription?

Login anytime through our ‘login’ page. Select ‘manage subscriptions’, enter your login information and it will take you through to the subscription portal. Here you can view your upcoming order, adjust your product and frequency or pause/cancel your subscription.

Can I update my payment details?

Yes, you can do this via logging in to your subscription portal and updating your card details. If your payment is declined on an order, the system will alert you and continue to try and process the payment for up to 3 days.
